BAC cars — models, engines and maintenance
BAC, or Briggs Automotive Company, is a British manufacturer of specialist single-seat sports cars. It is known for the Mono: an ultra-light vehicle that combines racing-car-like construction and driving position with road homologation in the applicable specification.
The marque’s core model is the BAC Mono, including the Mono R and the 2026 model year car. Each Mono is built with extensive individualisation, so engine, gearbox, suspension, aerodynamic, braking, tyre and equipment specifications can differ between vehicles. The BAC Mono is a single-seater; data for conventional two-seat or passenger cars does not apply.
